As a real estate professional I work hard to make my clients feel at ease and treat them as partners throughout the entire process. With over 25 years of business experience in marketing, negotiating and customer service, I call upon that experience to navigate through the buying and selling process in order to lessen the stress for my clients. My business experience gives me a strong competitive edge in negotiations and logistical situations.
I am a graduate of Murray State University with a degree in marketing and I have made Nashville my home for over 25 years. During that time I have lived in several different areas of town and I know the area extremely well. I began my career in the retail management field, first with Service Merchandise and, more recently, with Tractor Supply Company where she was a buyer of farm goods. My experience in the corporate world prepared me to look at my business from unique perspectives. The many years of corporate negotiating and managing large volumes of business allows me to put that experience to use in all aspects of the negotiation process of purchasing and selling your home.
In addition to real estate sales I am also a real estate investor with many years experience in rehabbing and reselling properties while maximizing profits through careful management of the renovation process and analysis of ROI on all work done on the home. While building my portfolio of investment properties I have also built a team of professionals that I work with to help in all avenues of the buying and selling process. From home inspectors, to electricians and flooring crews I can help make your experience pleasant with a one stop shop for all your real estate needs.
My philosophy is that the deal must be a win/win or it should not be deal at all. I pride myself on honesty and integrity in all aspects of my life. When I’m not working with real estate clients I enjoy being active in my community serving as a volunteer within my neighborhood and church communities.
